***** I made an error in this report by suggesting purchase of a closed mutual fund. Instead I am buying FSMEX and suggest ETFs XPH and ARKG.
A good week, a buy week. The sum of all the deviations has been 381, 509, and now 563 – up 2 weeks in a row.

On Investors Edge on 29Aug, Adam substituting for Gary Kaltbaum discussed a climax run. It was an interesting show and he suggested we may be in another climax run – sort of like 1926-1929, and 1998-2000. However after the climax run, look out below.
On Twitter on 26Aug, Dr. Pippa Malmgren tweeted “People are preparing for a market melt-down. But I’ve been arguing that it melts-up quite a lot first.” .
So how much should a local government give to the richest man (100B+) in the world to locate his second headquarters locally? Maryland is giving 8.5B, NJ is giving 8B, the other 18 localities refused to disclose. It seems the governments have decided to give away billions which will have to be made up in taxes from the local residents – but the residents are not told and are told they do not have a right to know. The theory is the location of HQ2 will bring in enough growth to pay for it – maybe.
